American Airlines and the Jimmy Fund's partnership spans more than 30 years.

American Airlines generously provides airline miles to be used as silent auction items and in opportunity drawings at fundraising events and programs throughout the year.

In 2011, the Jimmy Fund became one of the first organizations to promote American's Miles for Kids in Need program, a free transportation program for critically ill children requiring immediate medical treatment.
